As my exams are finally over, and my departure for Istanbul is drawing near, I can't stop thinking about Turkey. I went for a classic vacation last year, sun, beach and food for ten days, but this time will be quite different. I'm in for a medical exchange in Istanbul for a whole month, with students from round the world.
All the sightseeing I will do. All the food I'm going to taste. Oh the food. I confess, I daydream about baklava every day.
